Your booking
Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Private parties take place outside public swim hours and cannot overlap another private party at the same pool. Open parties take place during public hours and the pool remains open to eligible residents.
Guests and supervision
Everyone entering the facility counts toward the guest total, including infants, nonswimmers and vendors. Children under seven require at least one supervising adult for every ten children. Lifeguards retain authority over safety, swimming access, weather holds and reopening.
Setup, cleanup and facility rules
A private party includes 30 minutes of host setup time. Additional setup may be selected in 30 minute blocks for $25 each. Pool-specific rules control decorations, food, music, access and cleanup. Contact KCPC before the party if you need approval for a particular plan.
Prohibited items
Glass, alcohol and tobacco are prohibited. Follow all posted pool rules and onsite lifeguard instructions.
Weather
Rain alone does not cancel a party. Thunder, lightning or other unsafe conditions may require a hold, delayed access or closure. Onsite lifeguards make the safety call.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the party receive a refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the party are subject to a $25 fee. Guest-count, time or duration changes may alter staffing, availability and price. Contact KCPC before the event to request a change. Extra time is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by KCPC.
